Raheem Mostert lifted San Francisco to a 37-20 victory over the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Championship. The 49ers running back rushed for 220 yards, the second-most rushing yards in a playoff game, and four touchdowns. Super Bowl LIV will take place on Feb. 2 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.

For the study, a group of people who did not consider themselves to be avid runners had to train for six months. Ages of the 138 subjects ranged from 21 to 69 years old. They were given medical scans at the beginning and end of the training. According to the study's authors, subjects had notably less aortic artery stiffness at the end of the test.
